What is GICEL?
GICEL is the acronym for the Ghana Industrial and Commercial Estates Limited.
GICEL is a Private Limited Liability Company owned wholly by the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT).

What happens after I apply?
Your application will be evaluated by a Committee. Successful applicants will receive an offer letter and a tenancy agreement. Successful applicants will be required to make the following payments.
(a) Application fee
(b) Processing fee
(c) One year rent advance
(d) Fee for installation of meter
